01 The need
Official letters, online forms and finding the right service can be hard, especially in a new language.
02 What we do
Trained volunteers, many of whom speak Somali and English, help people understand what a letter asks, fill in forms and reach the right public service.
We refer people to Citizens Information, the Legal Aid Board, the HSE and other services.
